About us

Our Story

Harvest Missionary Outreach Inc., formerly known as Africa Missionary Fellowship,

was founded out of a lifelong passion for missions and a burning desire to reach the unreached with the love of Christ. The vision began in the heart of Rev. (Mrs.) Dung Bot, who, alongside her late husband Rev. Dung Bot, served as missionaries under Go International (formerly Missionary Crusaders Ministry) in the remote Koma Hills of Adamawa State and Kona Land of Taraba State between 1992 and 1997.

Inspired since childhood by the selfless service of white missionaries in her village, she nurtured a vision to continue that legacy of sacrifice and compassion. In 1998, Harvest Missionary Outreach was officially established, marking the beginning of an enduring journey of evangelism, discipleship, and community transformation across Nigeria.

We are a faith-driven community devoted to taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached, discipling new believers, and showing God’s love in real and practical ways. Through our outreaches, discipleship programs, and acts of compassion, we bring hope to the forgotten, strength to the weary, and light to those still waiting to hear the good news.

Together, we can make an eternal difference—one soul, one family, one community at a time.

Over the years, the mission has worked among several people groups and communities,

Including the Izere in Jos East (Plateau State), the Chamba in Yelwa (Adamawa State), the Ngas in Langung (Plateau State), and the Zot-Shen community in Jos South (Plateau State), reaching them through crusades, discipleship programs, church planting, and humanitarian outreach.

Currently, Harvest Missionary Outreach continues its work among the Gbari people in Gwam village, Paikoro LGA, Niger State, where evangelism and discipleship efforts have led to the establishment of Great Hope Academy — a registered school that began as evening lessons for missionary children and now serves over one hundred pupils.

Through God’s faithfulness and the generous support of partners, the mission continues to expand its impact — transforming lives, building hope, and advancing the Great Commission in rural and unreached communities.
